Terms of Service – Prince Studio

General

The Studio reserves the right to change these Terms at his discretion and without prior notice to customers or suppliers.
The customer acknowledges that all the works commissioned from the studio are subject to these Terms.

It is The Customer’s responsibility to go through all the products or materials provided by the studio, and verify their integrity and suitability to his requirements. The Customer obliged to update the studio in writing about any changes / Repairs requirements Needed to execution.
The responsibility for using the products in any form is solely the responsibility of the customer at his discretion.

The Customer is aware that prior to any use of any content / product that is for legal, regulatory, institutional and other purposes, he / she is responsible for verifying their propriety with an attorney / notary before use – and updating the studio in writing of any required changes.
The customer acknowledges the studio’s right to use any external service (third party) at the discretion of the studio, in order to provide the customer with optimal service at the highest standard.

The client Committed to Full cooperate with the studio in transferring the required material to perform The work in its entirety. And provide responses and answers to questions – in order for us to perform the work properly. If the customer does not cooperate as required to a reasonable extent, the Work rate may be Slowed, delayed or impaired in quality – the customer will not have the right to any claims / demands for compensation or refund In such situations.

The studio is not obligated to notify the customer or his representative over one time on this situation, and the customer is responsible for updating the studio in fulfilling its commitment According to the studio requirements.

Working days (mentioned or appearing in any agreement or document of the studio) are: Sunday to Thursday – and do not include israel’s holidays, And holiday eves.

Customer content

The client Hereby declare that all the content that he submits to the studio for perform work are legal and he holds the necessary copyright for them. The responsibility for Using the content transferred by the client rests solely on the customer – the studio is not responsible for any damage caused by these contents.

The customer acknowledges that in order to perform the work as required, the studio may transfer information and materials necessary for work to suitable professionals At his discretion. Sharing this information will not be considered a violation of confidentiality between the studio and the customer or violation of this agreement.

The Studio reserves the right to use the content provided during the work for the client’s name / logo or any other content in the studio’s Portfolio unless written instruction is given prohibiting it.

Delays by the customer

Client-side delays are defined below:

• Non-transfer of required material
• Failure to respond or approve a work step Needed for approval before the next step
• Requirements for changes after the execution that involving additional work time
• Failure to respond to questions and clarifications required for work in a reasonable manner
• Non-compliance with payment terms (Down Payment or any payment agreement)

The customer is aware that these delays Causing damages for the studio, and may delay the execution of the work. The Client shall have no right to any claim in this situations.

Billing and Payment

The payment terms of each work are 5 business days from the delivery to the customer – unless stated otherwise in writing.
The payment terms are Integral part of any agreement between the customer and the studio. Violation of these conditions will be considered a delay from the customer side. The studio reserves the right to delay / cancel the delivery of any service or work material Until the payment is received in accordance to the agreement with the customer. The customer will have no right to any claim in this situation.

The copyright and intellectual property rights for any work or product belong exclusively to the studio until the full amount of the payment is received. The use of these materials without the arrangement of the consideration will be considered a violation of the copyright and the intellectual property of the studio.

The payment transfer or confirmation of Every Work order document (together or separately) Constitutes consent and acceptance of the Service terms Policies on this page.
